Havayah Yoga Teacher on Cultural Yoga Retreat in Gambia

Cultural Yoga Retreat in The Gambia

– Yoga Teacher –

I’m so excited to share some beautiful news with you all — my dear friend and fellow yoga teacher Havayah will be joining our upcoming Cultural Yoga Retreat in The Gambia.

Our paths first crossed several years ago, and in 2023 we had the opportunity to reconnect during the Middle Path Movement Yoga Teacher Training, where I was a trainer and Havayah completed her certification.

Her grounded presence, compassionate nature, and deep commitment to the practice of yoga make her a beautiful addition to our retreat community. From 2026, she will be leading yoga classes that invite stillness, connection, and renewal — perfectly aligned with the spirit of our retreats.

Below, you can read more about Havayah’s journey — a path rooted in curiosity, self-growth, and devotion to the practice of yoga. Her presence is both grounding and uplifting, and I feel honoured to welcome her into our retreat circle from 2026 onwards.
