Join Alina Jaber, for a Rejuvenating Yoga Session + Leo brunch at Dragonfly Yoga Studio in Sydenham, London.

Start your morning with a refreshing 90-minute Vinyasa Yoga Class, that will include hands on adjustments allowing you to go deeper into your postures, following by a delicious vegetarian brunch at Leo Café upstairs at Dragonfly Yoga Studio.

In this Yoga Class you’ll get a sweat on, but also learn how to develop your yoga practice more in-depth than in your usual studio classes. To begin with, we will start our practice with breathing exercise to achieve 3-dimensional yogic breath, creating longer breathing cycles to help us achieve a more meditative state in our yoga practice.

Continuing with the physical practice of Yoga where you will be given clear, effective alignment cues allowing you to easily follow the class, building up your strength and ultimately your understanding of the yoga postures. We will learn and practice the major postures in a safe and controlled environment.

The class is suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners!

Please note: Yoga Mats & props are provided, so you do not need to bring anything with you.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
