- Food processor / or high speed blender
Ingredients:
- 17 Medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 cups (250 ml cup) Gluten free oats
- 1 cup (250 ml cup) Oat milk
- 0.5 cup (125 ml) Cacao powder
- 0.5 cup (125 ml) Smooth peanut butter, my favourite is Pipandnut
- 60ml Agave syrup (light or dark), my favourite is GroovyFood
- 1 cup (250 ml cup) Coconut (designated)
Method:
-Blend the oats in the food processor until they are crushed / flour like. Transfer into the mixing bowl.
-Blend medjool dates and oat milk in the food processor. Transfer into the mixing bowl.
-Add all remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix everything together until evenly mixed.
-Roll into 20 balls and roll in designated coconut.
-Place on the flat board (not to loose the shape) in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set.
-Can be kept in the fridge in the airtight container up to 1 week.
-Enjoy your healthy snack/dessert!
