Raw Cacao Energy Balls

Portion:

  • 20 balls 

Equipment:

  • Food processor / or high speed blender 

Ingredients: 

  • 17 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 2 cups (250 ml cup) Gluten free oats 
  • 1 cup (250 ml cup) Oat milk
  • 0.5 cup (125 ml) Cacao powder 
  • 0.5 cup (125 ml) Smooth peanut butter, my favourite is Pipandnut
  • 60ml Agave syrup (light or dark), my favourite is GroovyFood
  • 1 cup (250 ml cup) Coconut (designated) 

Method:

-Blend the oats in the food processor until they are crushed / flour like. Transfer into the mixing bowl.

-Blend medjool dates and oat milk in the food processor. Transfer into the mixing bowl.

-Add all remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix everything together until evenly mixed.

-Roll into 20 balls and roll in designated coconut. 

-Place on the flat board (not to loose the shape) in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set. 

-Can be kept in the fridge in the airtight container up to 1 week.
